The purpose of the role is to build the Burton Menswear & Dorothy Perkins overall strategic plan, working closely with key stakeholders across the business (Profiling, Buying & Merchandising, Retail, Digital, Wholesale & International) to create stretching and achievable targets to maximise sales.
